Submission Guidelines
Announcement
A significant number of SafeChania2015 participants comment that the printed copy of the “Book of Abstracts” should be re-examined due to its environmental footprint.
The Organizing Committee fully agrees with this suggestion but also recognizes that some participants may want to receive their hard-copy “Book of Abstracts”. In this respect, two options are provided:
A) One printed copy of the “Book of Abstracts” and a 8GB USB stick with the full proceedings, or
B) An upgraded 16 GB USB stick that will contain the electronic version of the “Book of Abstracts” and the full Proceedings.
If you are in favor of Option A, please send us an email, no later than the 1st of June 2015. Otherwise, option B will be assumed.

Abstract
The abstract shall be limited to 1 page following the layout and instructions available in the template.
Deadline for abstract submission: 20 April 2015
Notification of acceptance: 1 May 2015
Manuscript
The abstract shall be limited to 6 pages following the layout and instructions available in the template.
Deadline for full manuscript submission: 18 May 2015
Oral presentations

A 15-minutes presentation (including time for questions) will be strictly kept.
Poster presentations
Both portrait and landscape orientation of A0 size are accepted.
Workshop Proceedings
A printed Book of Abstracts will be provided to all participants.
The Workshop's USB stick will include the Book of Proceedings
Selected papers will be peer-reviewed and included into an International Journal Special Issue .
